After graduating high school in 1982, I enlisted in the United States Air Force.  As an On The Job Training Manager, I gained experience in management and budgeting.  I left the Air Force in June 1992 after the Base Closure.  I graduated from ANC in 2008 with a 4.0 GPA, then from Southeast Missouri State University in 2016 with a Bachelor Degree in Teaching with a 3.6 GPA.  I taught at Osceola High School from 2016 to 2019.  In 1999, I founded Eternal Salvation Pentecostal Church, where I have served as Pastor for over 22 years.  As an Insurance Agent, I became a business owner in 1994.  I am currently the owner of Free4Real Bailbond Company. I have served the City of Blytheville as a Councilman for Ward 1 for eight years.  During my term I chaired the Code Enforcement and Animal Control Department.  I have also served on the Public Works and Finance Committee.  In addition I have been for Pro Tempore for the City Council for two years. I've coached football from 1983 to 2017.  My community work with the youth is the co-founder of Missco Jr. League Football since 2001.  I am married to Margaret (DEAN) Mayberry, seven children, 21 grandchildren.
